* HOW IT WORKS
Your landlord expects to have the property back looking clean and shiny ready for the next tenants to move in.

We take one full day for each deep cleaning service that's  why we accept key jobs only in order to work full day to make sure that every spot of the property is looking as  perfect as your landlord would expect.

Property keys to be handed back to tenant the next day or end of the day after all cleaning services completed.

Tenant will be able to check all the results of after cleaning and only make payment when 100% satisfied.

Invoice will be also handed to tenant describing all cleaning details.

We expect payment the moment we hand keys back to tenant either by cash or bank transfer.

* WHAT IS END OF TENANCY CLEANING SERVICE?

End of Tenancy Cleaning Service is a full Deep Cleaning service that should include everything inside the property including property main doors.

KITCHENS
One of the main deep cleaning areas of any property would be normally the kitchen:
- Deep clean inside out the oven ( all oven parts to be removed and deeply cleaned included) steam clean in between oven base and door in order to clear all hard food or grease at edges and corners before deep cleaning.
Oven class door to be unscrewed  and removed to  lean in between oven door glasses.
-Deep clean cooker all black marks around hobs to be removed then cleaned, All cooker switches to be removed then deep clean under them all hard food and grease to be steam cleaned before deep cleaning if needed.
- Deep clean behind: Cooker to be disconnected and moved forward in order to deep clean under it and behind it including sides as normally that area required a deep clean.
- Deep clean inside out fridge/freezer: to be powered off then all ice cleared and all parts removed to be deeply cleaned including inside fridge it self.
- Deep clean behind fridge: fridge to be moved forward if possible then deeply clean the ander and behind areas including sides.
- Deep clean inside out Washing machine, Dish washer and microwave etc. All switches and buttons to be steam cleaned after the deep clean.

- Deep clean kitchen tiles and in between tiles.
- Deep clean work-top areas and sinks ( All limescale to be removed from taps before cleaning )
- Deep clean inside out cupboards including handles.

BATHROOMS
Normally bathrooms are one of main deep cleaning areas in any property and it requires a full Deep clean service:
- Deep clean all tiles and in between.
- Deep clean bath and frames.
- Deep clean shower base and shower frames ( all limescale around the shower frame edges and hidden under it to be removed before the deep clean if any).
- Deep clean toilet seats after bleaching for a few hours ( including deep clean all around toilet seat and hand clean any marks on floor behind toilet seat or around it.
- Deep clean sinks and around it all sides including all taps limescale before cleaning and hand clean floor behind it if needed.

SKIRTING BOARDS
- All skirting boards to be cleaned including deep clean skirting boards in kitchens and bathrooms.

WINDOWS & FRAMES
- All windows to be deeply cleaned if needed before window cleaning ( Internal cleaning only ).
- All windows frames and sells  to be deeply cleaned including windows handles then shined.

DOORS AND FRAMES
-All doors to be deeply cleaned including frames and handles.

SWITCHES
- All switches to be deeply cleaned then shined.

FURNITURE
- All furniture to be cleaned including wardrobes inside out then shined.

WOODWORK
- All woodwork to be polished after cleaning including furniture.

WHITENING SERVICE
- WHITENING service might be needed after cleaning sometimes for in between tiles behind cooker or in bathrooms tiles or behind sink etc. ( included)

FLOORS
- Spot hand clean first where needed ( near oven and around it , u der fridge, behind and around bathrooms sinks and seats or any paint drops if property was recently painted etc. Then hover all floors including hard floors and under and behind furniture or fridge or cooker, hovering sofas and mattresses and around sofa edges. Then all hard floors to be moped or steam cleaned.

SHINING & WAXING
- When all work completed we spray shiner on where needed ( kitchen wooden cupboards, bath frames, oven and cooker switches, windows frames and handles etc)
Leather shiner also provided to any leather furniture in the property.
- Kitchen work-top areas to be waxed after cleaning to give it a shinny looks.
Waxing and SHINING results guaranteed to stay on for at least three months.

Air Frishner will be sprayed in all rooms and entrance area and mattresses.
