Steph as a very reliable and highly professional cleaner. Guided by Steph we set out a plan for deep cleaning my 4 bed home and then maintenance cleaning every fortnight. Steph has high standards of cleaning and uses her own equipment and lovely eco friendly products that leave the house smelling as well as looking great.

Cancelled 1st app half an hour before due then didn't turn up for second app at all with no message of reason or apology until I messaged her. Still waiting to hear from her think that's not going to happen either very unprofessional.

Stephanie became the cleaner for my dad as I live 300 miles away ,I needed someone trustworthy and what can I say. Stephanie is amazing ,not only did she leave my dad's spotless every week she has also helped us out when my dad.moved in with me . I kept in touch with Stephanie and she has been amazing ,Stephanie went in and cleaned my dad's house when he moved in with me and has also been and done an amazing job with getting his house ready to sell ,she cleaned it from top to bottom and I could not be happier, if you need someone to look after an elderly relative and clean for them then I highly recommend Stephanie, she is the absolute best and goes above and beyond for you ,thankyou Stephanie x

Stephanie cleans for me on a regular basis. Her standard of work is exemplary, 1st class hotel standards. Works well without supervision, she just gets whatever needs doing, done!
