I got in touch with Lou few days before the shoot. She was kind enough to take the order and deliver amazing, piping hot food in the middle of nowhere. Her service is really good and the food tasty. She is super kind. Lou's kitchen is highly recommended. The entire crew was satisfied. The portion was generous. Everyone was more than full after lunch.

Lou did a fantastic job catering for my mums wake (8/8/25). The food was well presented and everyone said how delicious it was. There was plenty for everyone and she even did vegetarian options for me. Lou was very understanding of my needs and she communicated with me throughout. While the food was good and everything before delivery was good, Lou failed to deliver 3 meals that I paid for (after she invoiced for the number of meals I requested for). Once I noticed that 3 meals were missing, I reached out to see if there was something wrong. I have yet to even receive a reply about the 3 meals, and I have yet to be given a refund for the missing meals. Very much a shame to finish a job with such distasteful experience despite the food and preparation being smooth sailing. Reply to your customers Lou!!

Lou contacted us within a short while from me registering what I needed with Bark …. My request for a cold buffet in 2 days time was something that I thought i’d really struggle with but fortunately Lou did not seem at all bothered about the short notice …. I would say that maybe an hour later she’d suggested a menu which was extensive & exactly what we were looking for …. Given us a quote which we accepted ….. it included Lou delivering the food inc plates cutlery & napkins to the venue ….. my husband met Lou there & when I arrived it was all laid out in covered platters & looked lovely ….. from the feedback from our guests it also tasted lovely which echoed our thought too ….. the selection, quality & quantity was amazing ….. what a lovely lady too …. Nothing was too much trouble …. We would highly recommend Lou’s Kitchen to family & friends alike & would definitely use Lou again ….. thank you so much 😊
