My booking was very last minute as I needed a deep clean done before I could move into my new place. Karen from start to finish was very professional. Karen used bark to contact me, immediately she was very friendly, wanted to get the details and go through what I wanted. Karen I believe went above and beyond for me from start to finish. She listened to what I wanted. On the day of the clean being done, Karen kept me updated by letting me know she was on her way and she was also on time. This lady works very hard! I went out whilst she did the clean and when I returned I could instantly see the difference. She took eye to detail and was very thorough in her work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you so much Karen and I know where I will go in the future should I need.
