Clean was good but some areas missed. No receipt/invoice provided despite numerous requests and promising this at point of hire. Was flexible when we were late arriving to let them in to property and on fitting us in at short notice.

Don’t use this company for your clean!! Arranged a quote before hand then increased the price on the day of the clean by a considerable amount and wanted a full payment upfront leaving us no choice but to pay it. Payed for an end of tenancy professional clean but this was not the standard we paid for, our landlord found many areas missed and therefore resulted in us paying for another clean. Not only was the house not cleaned as promised there was infact a missing mirror after this cleaner had been in and despite multiple messages about it they were all ignored!! Avoid this company at all costs !! May seem like a good price at first but will be a massive let down. Lazy clean, missed many areas and a missing mirror. Incredibly unprofessional
