Sprocker Spaniel (Male)

Description

Baxter is a healthy 6 year old sprocker (English Springer X Cocker) spaniel. He is neutered & up to date with his vaccinations, flea & worming treatment.

Baxter is very loving, enjoys his walks, brilliant off the lead & recall. He knows basic commands, such as sit, down & paw & is very clean in the house.

Baxter is good with other dogs - usually pays little to no attention to them when out & is absolutely obsessed with his teddies balls & playing fetch!

The reason that I'm looking for a new home for Baxter is because he is not good with children or a noisy household. He can be very unsure with men & both of these things makes him very anxious. Unfortunately, due to my partner moving in with her children, Baxter is unhappy & it's unfair on him as he's always had a quiet life. He has always been a peaceful dog but is showing he is struggling with the changes in the home by growling (appearing aggressive) and not wanting to be around noisy teenagers/children.

We've tried to make it work but in the best interests of Baxter, he needs a quieter life with no children (of any age). He can be left alone for periods of time with no issues & isn't destructive.

I've had Baxter since a puppy & this has not been an easy choice to make - we've tried everything.
Baxter's happiness is important so a lovely quiet home is needed.
