Rehoming

Description

Unfortunately in a position where I need to rehome my 5 year old male crossbreed Trigger. He is a mix of staffy, springer and beagle and is full of love.

Trigger does have some lead reactivity towards dogs he doesn’t know and this has become too difficult for me to manage alongside my other reactive dog by myself. This reactivity reduces massively when he is walked alone but I am unable to manage this for both dogs daily alongside a full time job.

Trigger is a very loving boy with plenty of energy and has a lovely temperament. He is very well behaved but is a very strong dog who would require a lot of exercise and someone who is used to a bigger dog. Everyone who meets him falls in love with him and his character. He can be very excitable but is just a big goofball.

This is a very difficult position to be in but my anxiety and the reactivity led by my other dog is stressful for Trigger and very clearly impacting him. I know he would thrive with the right person.

He is up to date with all vaccinations, flea and worming treatments and has all his regular health checks. He has also been neutered. He is fully house and crate trained.
