Description
Hi, my name is Patch. I’m a 2-year-old Jack Russell cross looking for a caring and patient forever home.
Due to a recent family bereavement, I’ve come into my current family’s care. They love me very much, but sadly they’re unable to give me the time, training, and consistent care I truly deserve, so they’re looking for the right person to give me a fresh start.
A little about me:
• I can be timid at first and a bit wary of new people, especially when out on walks.
• With a gentle introduction, I settle well and build strong bonds.
• I enjoy playtime and love long walks once I feel comfortable.
• I’m generally good around children, but I do need calm, proper introductions.
• I absolutely love cuddles and being showered with affection, once I trust you, I’m incredibly loyal and loving.
I was originally brought into a home as a companion for an older relative, so I would ideally suit a quieter household or an older owner who can give me patience, reassurance, and companionship.
This is a very difficult decision, so we’re looking for a genuine, loving home only. Patch deserves stability, kindness, and someone who understands that building trust takes a little time.
