Miniature Dachshunds - must be rehomed together

I'm writing this with a heavy heart but I'm looking to rehome our beautiful miniature dachshunds TOGETHER.

Due to changes in our family circumstances, we have made the heartbreaking decision to find a new home for our two beautiful miniature dachshund girls, Kali (dapple) and Romi (red).
They have been cherished members of our family since they were puppies and this decision has not been made lightly. Although they didn't come from the same litter, they are very much sisters!

After a lot of thought we have decided that they must be rehomed together. They are both 3 years old and have spent their entire lives side by side.
Their bond is incredibly special and we truly believe they would be happiest remaining together.

Kali was born 7/4/23 & is the more sensitive of the two. She is unbelievably affectionate, loyal and loving and forms very strong attachments to her people. She does experience separation anxiety and would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time. She loves cuddles, companionship and being involved in everything you're doing. When feeling anxious or unsettled she can occasionally have toileting accidents indoors although we believe this would improve significantly in a stable environment where she has the time, reassurance and company she needs.

Romi was born 13/2/23 and is a complete angel too and a total sun worshipper! She would happily spend her days curled up beside you or stretched out in a sunny spot. On walks Romi can appear quite reactive or barky but this is simply because she wants to greet everyone she sees. She absolutely loves people, attention and making new friends.

Both girls are friendly, affectionate and, super playful & full of personality. They are used to living with a cat, are good with other dogs and have loving natures. They absolutely adore the beach and get so excited for sandy adventures, exploring and spending time outdoors (bonus if it's sunny!). They are happiest when they are part of family life and included in whatever you're doing.

We are looking for a loving, committed forever home where they will be treated as family members and given the time, patience and affection they deserve. Because of Kali's separation anxiety, they would be best suited to a home where someone is home most of the day.

Their happiness and wellbeing are our absolute priority. A perfect home is far more important to us than price and we will be taking great care in finding the right family for them!
