Malamute x bully male for rehoming

I’m having to make a really difficult decision to rehome my boy Koby, he was 1 on the 27th February. I have genuine reasons for rehoming and I’m happy to discuss this with a serious new owner. He’s a large dog so previous experience is a must, he’s fine with children but he’s VERY boisterous, jumpy and clumsy so for this reason he’s better suited to an adult only home or with older teenage children. He pulls on the lead but does settle once the excitement wears off, he can still be mouthy mainly when I’m putting on his lead due to been overexcited I usually distract him with some cream cheese lol, but I’ve been told mouthing is common in his breed mix. He needs 2 long daily walks or he can be destructive if not exercised, he also loves a game of tug. he probably would go in a crate but he has a built in under stairs pen in my house to sleep in. Absolutely no signs of aggression, just an over excited boy that needs some good training, time and patience. Also someone willing to keep in touch and regularly let me know how he is :( Thank you
