Here is our Mollie!
We have came to the decision to rehome Mollie purely because circumstances have changed and we cant give Mollie the life and exercise she needs! This has been something we have thought long and hard about and a decision that we have been going back and forth on but this is something that is best for Mollie. This will absolutely break my heart too see her go.
Mollie was born on 30th Aug 2025 and is 6 months old now. She is a border collie x cocker spaniel (sprollie). She is fully up to date with her vaccinations, flea and worming treatment and is microchipped. She has had monthly weight checks and last check she was 10.6kg. Mollie is mostly toilet trained, its very rare for Mollie to have an accident now. We have mastered Mollie come, although there isn’t recall off lead when out. We have sit, and paw, and in the home environment Mollie will come when called. She is crate trained also. Mollie does pull a lot when on lead, and there is still quite a lot of training required. When someone new comes in the home Mollie gets so excited, we think she will calm down and this is just puppy stages. She is very active and loves long walks and to run off energy. The only down side is when in the car, she isnt keen on drives at all, hopefully this can be built up so she manages car journeys. We live close to grassy areas so walks for us close by isn’t a problem. She is very playful and so loveable!! We want Mollie to go to a home where someone has time for training and long walks, preferably with a bit of experience with the breed. I would love to keep up with Mollies new owner for a couple of weeks, just to make sure she settles in well. We have 4 boys, and she is good with kids, but boisterous, so we tend to keep our youngest and Mollie apart because of this. Our youngest is just a wee tot. It would probably be better for a family with older kids.. We are now out of the trenches with biting, but she does love to chew her bedding so we have cosy blankets in her crate now as she just chews through mattresses. 🙈
She would be an amazing addition to a family who have all the time too give her and is quite active! She will be missed so much from us but we need to do what’s best for Mollie. Mollie will come with her crate, her toys, and a box full of essentials, brush, wipes, food etc. Mollie is on a mix of wet and dry food.
We are in no immediate rush to rehome, it has to be right.
We are looking for £400 for Mollie and as said in post too keep up with new owner just for a short time to make sure Mollie settles. ❤️
Thanks
