6 month old dachshund

Description

This is a really hard thing to do and is purely down to circumstances we cannot change that we have to rehome our boy, he is the sweetest little guy and all I want is for him to have a loving family with the time and resources for him. Ideally he needs to go to home with experience with the breed as anyone who’s owned a dachshund knows they have their little quirks that definitely are not for everyone, he’s very vocal and will bark/yap at any noise and to get your attention, he’s partially house trained but he still needs to be let out very regularly to avoid accidents, he is crate trained for the evenings but does sometimes bark still so he likes white noise on. Due to his age he is in the stage of peeing from excitement when getting a harness/lead on and when being picked up which the vet said he should grow out of. He’s kc registered with paperwork, all up to date with vaccines + worming and flea, he’s on a puppy plan for the first year which I have paid and I’m happy to transfer (if that’s possible), his parents are a mix of minature and standard so even though he’s registered and mini he’s very leggy and is more the size of a standard but he is still well within breed standard and is healthy, the height should help him avoid spinal problems which are common with the breed, he’s been around children and other then the typical excitement he’s never shown any aggression and is just a happy,silly baby.
