Beautiful antique French Limoges porcelain tea set by R. Delinières & Cie, stamped France / Limoges with factory numbers to each piece.
This is a large matching set with rich gold gilt decoration, delicate botanical design with gold leaves and subtle red berry detailing.
Set includes:
• 9 x tea cups
• 10 x saucers
• 12 x tea plates
• 2 x large serving plates
The gilt work is particularly fine and very well preserved, including thick gold handles on the cups. The colour is a soft ivory/cream with warm gold tones – extremely elegant and decorative.
Condition:
Overall excellent antique condition for its age.
No cracks or repairs found. Some light age-related wear to gilt in places, consistent with age (please see photos).
All pieces display beautifully.
