A lovely set of four Victorian mahogany dining chairs, dating from the late 19th century. £30 for all four chairs, pickup only in SE23.

These elegant chairs feature pierced splat backs, shaped top rails and classic cabriole front legs terminating in pad feet. They require some restoration, or could be used as they are in a period or country-style home.

The frames are solid overall, but the chairs show the usual age-related wear. The upholstered seat pads are covered in a green fabric but would benefit from recovering. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description.

Condition:

Structurally sound, but would benefit from restoration.
General wear and tear consistent with age and use.
Marks, scratches and losses to the finish.
Upholstery is worn and would benefit from replacement.
