About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing insurance office. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing our online presence, generating quality leads and supporting business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's website, SEO and online content.
Plan and manage social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Generate quality leads and increase customer enquiries.
Create engaging marketing content, email campaigns and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance, website traffic and marketing results.
Work with the sales team to convert leads into new business.
Ensure marketing materials comply with relevant advertising and data protection requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing and content creation.
Experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
Ability to generate leads and deliver measurable results.
Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
