GNM Pressivit Film Splicer.
In original, albeit somewhat battered, box.
Fully manual and appears to be in full working order. As it is all metal there is little to go wrong.
I am unable to trace any information on either GNM or Pressivit. Assumed to be for Super 8 film as that is the format of our old home movies.
