Desk by GEO. A. ASHWORTH, NEW BRIGGATE, LEEDS
We know it was build somewhere between 1920 and the 1930s. it's either walnut or mahogany.
The piece is in overall, very good condition with beautiful features!
All doors and drawers open/close perfectly
The faults I've tried to pick up in the pictures and listed below.
Alot of light scratches to the top.
A number of heavy scratches.
A few chips in areas.
The thin plinth at the bottom rear is broken.
There is no key.
Water marks
Faded sections on top.
The bottom handle is not on but present, however missing a couple sections.
3 of the frilly gold circles surrounding the handles are missing from 2 of the drawers.
