Hi
My name is Shawn and i am an in-house executive producer/A&R for my start-up record label. I am currently looking for someone to be the art director of my start-up record label.
Role: a creative professional responsible for the entire visual identity of the label and its artists, encompassing album covers, merchandise, and promotional materials
Responsibilities:
Album Artwork: Designing or overseeing the creation of album covers and packaging for various formats (vinyl, CD, digital). This involves everything from initial concepts to selecting photography or illustrations and finalising layouts and typography.
Branding & Identity: Developing and maintaining a consistent visual brand identity for the record label and individual artists.
Creative Direction: Directing photo shoots, commissioning illustrators, and managing designers to ensure all visuals align with the artistic vision and target audience.
Marketing Materials: Designing posters, advertisements, social media graphics, and other promotional assets.
Merchandise Design: Creating designs for T-shirts, posters, and other merchandise
