Description
Efficient Logistics is the largest and most established delivery partner operating out of the DBI7 depot at Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17 4XR). We are currently expanding our team for the upcoming Christmas peak and have immediate start dates available for reliable multi-drop delivery drivers.
The Earning Potential:
£500 Welcome Bonus!
Base Rate: £140 per day + VAT.
Daily Extras: Earn additional payments for route support and performance.
Weekend Bonus: Earn extra for weekend work.
Total Target Earnings: £45,000 - £54,600 per annum (OTE) if maximizing days and bonuses.
The Vehicles & Setup:
Mixed Modern Fleet: Drive Mercedes Sprinters, EVs, Ford Transits, or rentals.
Subsidised Van Rental: Just £8 + VAT per day, which fully covers your commercial delivery insurance.
Fuel Covered: Company fuel card provided upfront—you are never out of pocket for route fuel.
The Schedule:
Up to 6 days a week available.
Morning load out starts between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Routes are designed to be completed within 9 hours, most drivers finish within 5-6 hours.
No Experience Necessary – Fully Paid Training:
You do not need previous multi-drop experience. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training and ride-along training. All new drivers start on reduced volume "nursery routes" so you can learn the job, get comfortable with the van, and build your speed without feeling overwhelmed.

Requirements:
Hold a valid full driving licence for at least 2 years
Right to work in the UK.
