VDSL is recruiting **self-employed Delivery Drivers** to deliver parcels on behalf of a leading e-commerce company across the Sheffield area.

Whether you already have delivery experience or are completely new to the role, we offer **regular work, competitive daily rates, paid training and ongoing support** from an experienced operations team.

## Pay & Benefits

At VDSL, we recognise and reward drivers who consistently perform well.

* **£161 per day – Standard Route (SWB), excluding VAT**
* **£176 per day – LWB Route, excluding VAT**
* **Additional performance bonuses linked to scorecard results**
* **£500 Welcome Bonus for eligible experienced DSP drivers**
* **Refer a Friend Bonus – earn money for introducing someone you know**
* **Weekly pay** – two weeks held initially
* **Up to 6 days of work available each week**

Weekend availability is required on a rotational basis as part of the working pattern.

## The Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

* Deliver parcels across pre-planned delivery routes
* Load and organise parcels for your route
* Manage your deliveries efficiently to meet daily targets
* Provide a professional and customer-focused service
* Follow required delivery procedures and performance standards
* Complete deliveries safely and efficiently throughout the day

## What You’ll Need

* Full UK or EU driving licence
* Licence held for a minimum of **2 years**
* Maximum of **6 penalty points**
* No IN, DD, MS90 or other disqualifying driving offences
* Ability to pass a DBS/background check
* Physically capable of lifting and carrying parcels
* Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
* Minimum age **23** due to insurance requirements

**Previous delivery experience is not required for our standard driver opportunities. Full training will be provided.**
