Description
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading your own van each morning and delivering approximately 100 parcels per day to residential and business customers within a designated route. Punctuality, accuracy, and excellent customer service are key to success in this role. This is for an individual who's looking to grow and gain experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Load your delivery van with parcels each morning in a timely and organized manner.
Deliver approximately 100 parcels per day efficiently and accurately.
Use a handheld device or app to scan, track, and confirm deliveries.
Follow planned routes and navigate using GPS or route-optimization tools.
Provide a high level of customer service during deliveries.
Handle parcels with care, ensuring items are delivered in good condition.
Maintain communication with the dispatch team regarding any issues or delays.
Complete delivery logs and reports as required.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
