Not everyone feels comfortable in busy clinics or chatty spa environments.
This is a small, well designed massage space in Glasgow Southside where you can come as you are and feel understood.
My work combines:
* Deep tissue and remedial massage - introduced gradually and not painful
* Thai yoga massage techniques
* Gentle Hawaii Flow techniques
* Breath and body awareness when appropriate
Each session is adapted to your needs. Some people want focused therapeutic work. Others simply need a quiet, supportive space to relax and be listened to, seen and appreciated in a calm, respectful bodywork session.
There is never any pressure to talk. Silence is always welcome.

About me:
I’m a massage therapist with a background in art and design. I studied at the Glasgow School of Art and previously worked in fashion design in London.
During the Covid years, I turned inward and I became more interested in the body, emotions, and how we hold our experiences physically.
This curiosity led me to train in massage therapy at the Western School of Massage at Glasgow Caledonian University. I immediately felt at home in this work. I went on to study advanced sports and remedial massage, as well as embodiment coaching, to better understand how the body, nervous system and emotions are connected.
I later trained in Thai Yoga Massage with teachers from Greece, France and Switzerland, influenced by osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, yoga and Tai Chi. I also maintain a daily meditation practice, which deeply informs the calm, attentive quality of my work.
My own experiences with burnout and nervous system overwhelm have shaped the way I work. I aim to create a space that feels warm, unhurried and respectful—especially for people who find the world intense or socially demanding.
This studio was created as a gentle place to rest, reconnect and be cared for.
