Therapist had the right skill and applied a good strong level of pressure. However she spent 50min on my back and shoulders and in the last 5-10min I had to ask her to massage a few other places. The professionalism was also lacking as she had to keep excusing herself to tend to reception and brought up weird topics like tips and compliments to my skin. The vibe is a little bit weird in general.

The location was easy to find and my massage started early, as I arrived earlier. I was shown straight into the room and could not locate the towel, which was on the radiator to warm. The heated blanket was nice. Sally was great, very polite and kept checking I was ok. I had originally booked a back, neck and shoulder but ended up with a full body, which I didn't mind. Her long nails and phone notifications were a little distracting. I didn't get the full hour, it finished after 50 minutes which was disappointing. I did get a bottle of water afterwards though. It would have been nicer if the room light was dimmed more. Apart from the music, it was an average set up, not much atmosphere.

Bo was fantastic! I came in because my shoulders were feeling especially sore and she did a great job getting the knots out, while being careful not to put too much pressure since it had been a long time since I had a massage. My favorite part was the face/head/neck massage - heavenly. Definitely great value for money :)

Great experience at Yo Spa! The shoulder and neck massage was very professional and effective. The therapist was skilled and focused on relieving tension. I felt much more relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend!
