As soon as I sent the job advert out APR responded very quickly and made the whole process easy. Craig came out within a couple of days and was very helpful and knowledgeable on the subject of rising damp. He was easy to work with, polite punctual and thorough. He cleaned the basement after completing the work and removed the waste from the job. The work he did is to a very high standard and I would recommend the company to friends and family.

Craig is very likeable and professional, he turns up when he says he will, does not charge for unnecessary work, does a great job at a great rate, and cleans up afterwards. Craig initially installed a damp proof course for me but has become my turn-to man for all property maintenance.
