If I could give a rating of NO stars I would. This company insisted on taking a £500 deposit the day before they were due to start work (1st October) - they claimed the next day that the van had broken down. We rescheduled for the following week, they didn't turn up and didn't let us know, I spoke with them and the van was still off the road, rescheduled the following week, they didn't turn up or respond when I called and texted, the week after they said that they'd had a bereavement but would refund the deposit - they have not refunded the deposit. They are not answering my texts or phone calls, I have a formal complaint running through Bark.com. I am attempting to get an address for them to serve legal papers to enable me to take them to the small claims court. I feel that this company has stolen our money - I will be making a complaint to the police, trading standards and any trade bodies I can. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Avoid. Their website claims a lot of things about integrity and quality. Unfortunately their finishing is poor. They left my job with *Skewed unleveled pillar on a brick wall *edging flagstones not tied in and level with existing patio *cement splashes splayed on various edge blocks on driveway *some blocks sunk and not re-leveled on new driveway I paid them in full (my mistake) and the owner of the company said he would comeback to remedy the faults himself The owner of the company has now refused to come back to make good. Now make of this what you will...would you use them !!!! Its a shame as a few hours work they could sort most of this.

I would describe this company as a rogue company as they have charged me £3200 for less than 4 hours work and are not proposing to complete the work as agreed.
