Mick and his team (of 1) were super quick to respond, gave a VERY reasonable quote and were there the next day. No haggling or hassle just got on with the job of repointing some brickwork and sealing it up with silicone. Result: leak fixed and instead of what we feared would be a few thousand ££ repair job turned into a couple of hundred quid. Cheers Mick ,will use again

They were here on time and completed the job within a reasonable time despite the bad weather. They did a good job and left the garden clean and tidy.

Whilst James and the team did a good job, they rushed the job at the end and did not complete all of the agreed tasks. Forced to pay full amount upfront and have never returned to finish the remaining items - now no longer responsive. Disappointing as we were quite happy with the work completed to date.

Turned up at short notice to repair deficient work by previous roofing company to repair lead flashing which was causing water ingress via the roof of a conservatory. Excellent communication throughout regarding booking and timing. Finished job (on a Satuday) with diagnosis, recommended solution, and work completion all on the day. Removed all waste and were friendly and polite throughout job. Work performed to a high level with 5 year guarantee given, at a very reasonable price. Job tested with heavy downpour two days later and confirmed that their solution had been effective. Would highly recommend.

I met James today. He is undertaking a far bigger job than was first thought. Very professional and friendly. He is returning tomorrow to discuss the work more fully. Will write a further review once work is completed.
