Description
Job Title: Welcome Team Agent
Location: Liverpool, Hybrid
Salary: 25,788 - 27,515 Plus up to 2,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00am - 17:30pm)
What you will be doing:
Ensure all details on applications are honest and accuratePerform checks on applicants' details to confirm accuracyUpdate details and advise customers to any change in the price of their premiumAssist client in providing vital informationPromote bespoke packages relating to the client's needsAlways provide excellent customer serviceWhat we're looking for:
Customer service experience in a target driven roleAble to understand bespoke systems and be proficient in Microsoft officeWarm personable phone mannerPatient and empatheticMeticulous attention to detailTarget driven and motivatedGrown with Acorn:
