Role: Temporary Call Handler

Location: Knaresborough, HG5

Start: ASAP - Ongoing

Pay Rate: £12.21 + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits

What You'll Do:

Handle lots of inbound calls from customers, ensuring each call is managed with care and efficiency.

Take detailed messages and add them to the system accurately.

Liaise effectively with various teams to address customer needs, whether it's booking an engineer or responding to fire alarm queries (even when there's no fire!).

Maintain a calm and professional demeanour, even during high-pressure situations. Who You Are:

A proactive communicator with excellent listening skills.

Able to multitask and manage time effectively, especially during busy periods.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where every call counts.

Detail-oriented and organised, ensuring all information is captured accurately.
