Key Responsibilities

* Lead analytical work to assess programme performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and define reporting needs.

* Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and data visualisation tools.

* Conduct benefits tracking and evaluation in line with programme targets.

* Interpret and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

* Support decision-making across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

* Strong background in business analysis, performance measurement, or programme evaluation.

* Skilled in data interpretation, modelling, and visualisation (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).

* Proven experience working in Defence, Government, infrastructure, or other complex programme environments.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence decisions.

* Experience producing high-quality reports and actionable recommendations.

* Active SC Clearance.
