Customer Support, Project Deployment & Warehouse Operative

Birmingham, West Midlands (Office based with customer site visits)

The Role

This is a multifaceted and varied position offering the chance to blend technical problem-solving, customer engagement, and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Provide first-line technical support to hotel clients via phone and email Troubleshoot issues related to TV systems, connectivity, and software Log, monitor, and resolve support requests promptly Escalate complex queries to senior engineers where requiredProject Deployment:

Assist with installation and configuration of hotel TV systems at client sites Work with project managers to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards Deliver on-site training for hotel staff Coordinate logistics and ensure all necessary equipment is prepared for deploymentWarehouse Operations:

Manage and maintain inventory of TVs and related accessories Receive, inspect, and store stock accurately Prepare and dispatch orders and installation equipment Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organisedBenefits:
