Student Retention Officer

Your new role

Act as first point of contact for academic staff who are concerned about student engagement or attendance.Triage students' needs and direct them to the appropriate support or intervention.Follow-up with students to ensure that they have re-engaged with their studies.Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes in the required system.

Excellent administrative skillsAble to build empathy and rapport quickly with a wide range of peopleExcellent IT skills across the Microsoft Office suiteMethodical with excellent attention to detailComfortable working with people at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
