Our client has been established for over 150 years and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers). These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmasand for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff members around Christmas.

We are looking for a Stock Assistant in the Showroom to help them in the busy run up to Christmas. The Stock Assistant will work closely alongside the Stock Manager and be responsible for the quick and efficient replenishment of the Showroom stock levels.

This is a busy role that requires an organised individual with a proactive nature and a friendly can-do attitude when working with colleagues or advising our members (customers).

The role will start on Monday 3rd November and will finish on 24th of December with full training provided. The salary is £13.00 per hour plus there is an additional £1 p/h if you stay for the duration of the contract. This will be paid as a bonus at the end of the contract.

Hours of Work:

Although mostly the hours will be worked Monday to Friday, candidates should also be available to work Saturdays if required. A day off in the week will be given if this is needed.

The regular hours for the Showroom Stock Assistant role will be 8.00am to 3.30pm with a 30 mins unpaid lunch.

If you are required to work a Saturday as a one off the hours for both that day would be 9.30am -5.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

* Keeping all areas always stocked up and merchandising daily.

* Responsible for the Members collection area which will include collating Members orders, filing of collections paperwork, and general cleanliness of collections bay area.

* To be selfmotivated, numerate, and be able to manage the stock database.

* Make sure the cardboard is packed tidy and disposed of.

* Responsible for any other duties as directed by the Showroom Manager or Deputy.
