We are seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of a busy dealership in Birmingham, offering an excellent opportunity for skilled automotive customer service professionals to advance their career. Manage the customer journey throughout the aftersales process, ensuring high customer satisfactionWelcome customers and provide a professional, friendly serviceHandle customer bookings and oversee the service process from start to finishProvide regular updates to customers regarding their vehiclesIdentify additional work and explain relevant products or servicesLiaise closely with workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle completionMaintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive information appropriatelyResolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionallySupport continuous improvements in processes and customer experienceWork as part of a team to meet departmental and dealership objectivesPromote additional products and services ethically and confidentlyRequirements:

Previous experience within an automotive dealership or a customer-facing environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsOrganised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExperience in administration and handling confidential informationConfident in resolving customer complaintsCommercial awareness, ideally with sales experienceAutomotive experience within a franchised or independent dealership is advantageousProficiency with Kerridge or Keyloop systems is preferable; strong customer service backgrounds from other sectors will also be consideredFull UK driving licence held for at least 6 months, with fewer than 9 penalty pointsRight to work in the UKInterested in this Service Advisor role?
