Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements Providing accurate, clear advice on service work and costs Preparing and managing job cards and service schedules Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships Upselling additional services and products where appropriate Communicating effectively with workshop staff to facilitate timely repairs Maintaining accurate documentation and service records Supporting the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow Requirements of the Service Advisor:
