The ideal individual will have a proven track record within the motor trade, possess a strong understanding of dealership operations, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.

Welcome customers and their vehicles professionally, confirming service requirementsCommunicate vehicle status updates effectively, providing both technical and commercial adviceCoordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely repairs and high performance standardsPromote optional extras and accessories, maximising sales through targeted campaignsManage vehicle collection and delivery schedules, ensuring customer satisfactionRecord and maintain accurate customer and vehicle data within the dealership management system (DMS)Process repair orders, invoices, and warranty documentation accurately and within set timeframesOversee subcontracted repairs, ensuring quality standards and completion deadlinesUtilise manufacturer and system information effectively to support workshop processesMaintain warranty and parts records for warranty claims and processingRequirements of the Service Advisor:
