Job Title: Service AdvisorLocation: Heathrow areaSalary: 28,256.80 - 33,000 (DOE) + OTE up to 40,000Hours: Monday to Friday plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 07:00-13:00The Service Advisor Role:
A world renowned dealership is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to support the day-to-day operation of a busy service department. This role plays a key part in ensuring an outstanding customer journey while maximising workshop efficiency and productivity.
You will be the main point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process, ensuring clear communication, accurate job scheduling, and high levels of satisfaction. The role also requires a commercial mindset, identifying opportunities to promote aftersales services while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service processEnsuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and supportManaging workshop bookings and maintaining accurate workshop loadingBooking vehicles into the workshop in line with customer convenience and workshop capacityProviding clear and accurate cost estimates for service and repair workProducing job cards, invoices, estimates and supporting documentationKeeping customers regularly updated on progress and completion timesExplaining completed work to customers and identifying appropriate upsell opportunitiesProducing warranty job cards in line with manufacturer guidelinesAccurately categorising work including retail, warranty, internal and non-chargeable repairsLiaising with the Parts Department to ensure required parts are available when neededSkills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is highly desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisation and administration abilitiesHigh attention to detail when producing documentation and managing customer informationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracyStrong time management and prioritisation skillsA proactive, motivated approach with the ability to handle challenges with resilienceBenefits of the Service Advisor:
