Service Advisor Plymouth

Basic Salary: GBP26,000 GBP28,000 Plus Bonus

Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 17:00pm (1-hour lunch) 1 in 4 Saturday Morning

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable and busy automotive team in the Plymouth area. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and has strong knowledge of the motor trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process

Book customer vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair

Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure clear communication

Upsell additional work and service plans where appropriate

Prepare job cards and ensure accurate documentation

Handle customer queries both face-to-face and over the phone

Requirements:

Automotive trade experience is essential

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards

Confident, organised, and proactive approach

Familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous

Must have a full UK Driving License

Uncapped OTE
