Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes

Pay Rate: Competitive

Duration: Ongoing Temporary Assignment

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of technology, logistics, installation, and project delivery solutions, working with some of the UK's best-known retail, commercial, and corporate brands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to join their busy and fast-paced operations team in Bletchley.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to support the successful delivery of multiple projects from start to finish.

This is a demanding and fast-moving position, requiring a highly organised individual who can work to tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the creation and maintenance of project plansCoordinate project activities and ensure key milestones are metManage and update project schedulesTrack project budgets and costsMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsSupport financial administration, reporting, and invoicing processesLiaise with internal departments, suppliers, and project stakeholdersMonitor project progress and escalate issues where necessaryProvide general administrative support to the project teamThe Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasksProactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilitiesExperience working within a fast-paced project environment would be advantageousWhat's in it for You?
