Patient Services Administrator – Home working (Within the UK only)

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Zero Hour Contract (37.5 Hours available on a weekly basis)

What You Will Be Doing

* You will be responsible for warm calling clients to book them in for their Ultrasound appointment at one of our many clinics across the country

* You will use IT systems to link appointments to a patient’s medical file and update our instructing parties with the relevant information

* You will work as part of a team, and will be responsible for booking as many patients as possible to fulfil targets to fill our clinic spaces

* Making a targeted volume of outbound calls daily and taking inbound calls from patients (or customers).

What Experience You Need

* A proven ability to meet targets and deadlines

* Good IT Skills

* Conscientious with a meticulous approach to dealing with details

* Excellent telephone manner

* Ability to adapt to new systems and challenges and use initiative to gain new skills

* A flexible approach with an ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of a busy environment

* Experience within an outbound call centre is desirable but xjnqpsq not essential

* Self-starter; ability to use initiative and work with the minimum of supervision

* Ability to adapt to new systems and challenges and use initiative to gain new skills
