A growing organisation is looking for an experienced Metering Team Leader to take ownership of a specialist operational team within a regulated environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands metering operations, enjoys improving processes and can bring structure, accountability and direction to an established team.

You will lead a knowledgeable group responsible for metering-related activities, ensuring workflows run efficiently, issues are resolved promptly and performance standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of metering specialists

Oversee day-to-day metering operations and workload prioritisation

Improve and standardise processes to drive efficiency and control

Manage escalations and complex metering queries

Monitor KPIs, service levels and performance metrics

Ensure compliance within a regulated operational framework

Build a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement

Essential Experience

Proven experience in a metering role within a regulated environment

Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience

Strong understanding of metering processes, workflows and industry requirements

Experience improving operational processes and team performance

Ability xjnqpsq to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
