We are looking for individuals to support both our Retail & Catering Operations and Hospitality Teams, working across matchdays, conferences, corporate events, hospitality lounges, executive boxes, and special events throughout the year.

You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional experiences to supporters, guests, and corporate clients across a variety of events and matchdays.

Whether working within bustling retail kiosks, premium hospitality lounges, executive boxes, or event spaces, you'll be part of a professional team committed to delivering outstanding service at every event.

Role OverviewAs part of our event operations team, you will help deliver outstanding service across a variety of customer-facing areas within the stadium.

Depending on your experience and the needs of the event, you may work within:

Retail kiosks and concourse catering outletsHospitality lounges and executive boxesPremium dining and VIP hospitality areasBars and beverage service pointsCorporate and special event spacesWe are looking for adaptable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a busy environment and take pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Kiosk & Catering StaffServe food, snacks, and beverages efficiently and professionallyOperate tills and process cashless transactions accuratelyPrepare and replenish food and drink products throughout serviceMaintain clean, organised, and fully stocked kiosk areasDeliver excellent customer service to supporters and guestsFollow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety proceduresAssist with kiosk setup, stock replenishment, and closing proceduresHospitality Plate Waiters & BartendersDeliver professional table service within hospitality lounges and executive boxesServe plated meals and beverages to the highest standardConfidently explain menu items and respond to guest queriesPrepare hospitality areas and event spaces for serviceSupport both waiting and bar operations as requiredPrepare and serve beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinksMaintain bar presentation, cleanliness, and stock organisationWork collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and management teams

What We're Looking ForRetail & Catering RolesPrevious experience in retail, catering, food service, hospitality, or customer service is desirableFriendly and approachable with excellent customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, punctual, and professional in appearanceHospitality RolesPrevious experience as a plate waiter, bartender, waiter/waitress, or hospitality hostA strong background in both waiting and bar service is preferredMulti-skilled hospitality professionals who can confidently support both table service and bar operationsGood understanding of bar operations, service standards, stock awareness, and bar setupStrong product knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and premium beveragesConfident carrying and serving plated mealsExperience within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, stadiums, or event venuesExcellent communication and guest service skillsAbility to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards
