What You’ll Be Doing

* Engage with new and existing customers to create interest and generate qualified leads.

* Use calls, emails, and social media to reach key decision-makers and nurture relationships.

* Research and identify target accounts to help drive business growth.

* Support the sales team with order entry, CRM updates, and general administration.

* Help prepare sales reports and track pipeline activity.

* Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What Our Client is Looking For

* Ideally 2+ years’ experience in inside sales, business development, or customer engagement.

* Excellent communication skills — confident, personable, and professional.

* Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and discuss technical or software-based solutions.

* Familiar with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar) — training provided.

* Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and a positive, can-do attitude.
