WE'RE HIRING! Customer Service Superstars Needed - Chester

Start Date: Tuesday 10th March

Contract: 12 weeks minimum

Pay: £13.68 per hour (inc. holiday roll‑up)

Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (NO bank holidays!)

Location: Chester - gorgeous, modern offices with easy public transport access

About the Role

My client is one of the UK's leading names in the holiday‑let scene - and as they head into their busiest season of the year, they're looking for three lively, resilient, customer-focused people to join their growing team.You'll be the first voice potential partners hear when they call in. No two calls are the same - some clients are ready to go right now, others are just exploring ideas, and you'll guide each one through the journey with confidence and personality.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling 30-40 inbound and outbound calls a day

Adapting your approach depending on where each enquiry is in their onboarding journey

Sending follow-up information packs and support materials

Delivering upbeat, confident, brilliant customer service

Working with a big, vibrant team who genuinely enjoy what they do
