Hybrid - Canary Wharf, London (full training in office)

12.79 per hour + uncapped commission

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent French and English speaker with a passion for sales and customer experience to join a high-performing, supportive environment where your results are truly rewarded.

This is a sales-driven role where you'll be converting inbound enquiries into bookings, understanding customer needs, and confidently recommending tailored holiday packages. You'll also maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling, while delivering a seamless and enjoyable customer journey from enquiry through to booking.

What you'll be doing:

Converting inbound calls and enquiries into holiday bookingsUnderstanding customer needs and recommending tailored travel optionsMaximising revenue through upselling additional services and extended staysManaging booking amendments, cancellations and confirmationsFollowing up on leads and supporting outbound activity during peak periodsSupporting customers via live chat and online enquiriesMaintaining accurate customer records and system updates

What we're looking for:

Fluent in French and English (essential)Proven experience in a sales or target-driven environmentConfident communicator with strong relationship-building skillsCommercially minded with a natural ability to close salesAble to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance teamOrganised with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilityExperience within travel, hospitality or call centre environments is highly desirable

Working hours:

40 hours per week on a rota basis:

Monday to Friday: 8am - 7pmSaturday: 8am - 6pmCOMMP
