Location: Near Birmingham City Centre (On-site)
Salary: £26,572.00 per annum (Paid weekly on an hours-worked basis)
Position: Full-Time, 3-Month Contract (Strong view to permanency)
Hours: 36.5 hours per week | Mon–Thu 9am–5pm, Fri 9am–4pm

What You Will Do
Connect: Handle incoming customer service calls and emails from French or German customers. Manage: Process furniture orders and log call details. Coordinate: Create delivery labels, track customer shipments, and book collections. Support: Complete general office administration and occasional health and safety tasks.
What We Are Looking For
Language: Fluent written and spoken French or German, and English. Communication: A confident, professional, and friendly telephone manner. Tech Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Mindset: An organised multi-tasker who pays attention to detail. Team Spirit: Motivated, reliable, and ready to thrive in a vibrant office. No prior customer service experience? No problem! We provide full, comprehensive training if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
