Customer Service Assistant required to join a Distribution company in Gloucester, GL4 paying 26600, plus benefits listed below. Working 37.5 hours per week between 8.00 – 5.00.

As well as ensuring their customers are looked after its also central to their ethos to ensure that their staff are also looked after.

As Customer Service Assistant for our client your duties will involve:

taking inbound calls – this will be most of your dayprocessing orders via calls or emailsdealing with customer enquiries and issues as they arisecompleting relevant paperwork as requiredThe successful Customer Service Assistant will have the following experience:

experience of working in a fast–paced customer service environmentability to deal with customers in a calm and professional mannerproactive approach to work with the ability to take ownership of any tasks undertakenability to build strong relationships with customersbe computer literate with the ability to pick up new systemsBenefits of working for our client
