Description
_The role consists of a 6 month temporary contract working in a fast paced customer service centre at our Head Office in Blaydon Tyne & Wear. This role may be subject to extension depending on the business needs._
You must have previous retention experience and answer our screening questions

Hanover Dairies prides itself on the excellent customer service it provides to its customers. As part of this role you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and encourage continued loyalty. The role involves proactive communication to customers, handling cancellation requests, and offering tailored solutions and responses to retaining customers. You should have proven experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a retention role.
It is key that the applicant has a caring, patient, confident and professional manner when dealing with customers on the phone.
Hanover Dairies delivers to a wide network of areas including the North East, North West, Oxford and other southern regions. We deliver Dairy products to residential households, schools, and general dealers
We have over 200 delivery vehicles across our network with a customer base of around 160,000
Full training will be provided on our systems to the successful candidate
The hours of work are 35 hours per week at GBP12.50ph. Hours are Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 7.30am to 3.00pm and Friday between 07.30am and 2.30pm.
Weekly Wage of GBP437.50 with 28 days holiday a year inclusive of Bank Holidays and a company pension.
