Job Description:

As a Turkish-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Turkish-speaking customers receive the highest level of support and assistance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat to Turkish-speaking customers.

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services.

Assisting customers with products

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Turkish (written and spoken).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing top-notch service.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer requests.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Proficient computer skills.
