Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead our clients customer service team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives.

Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.

Implement and improve customer service policies and procedures.
