Location: Lancing, West Sussex (Hybrid: 2 3 days on-site)

Salary: GBP25,685 per annum, Band C, Level 3

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

The Role

We re looking for someone who can deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service every time. As a Customer Service Advisor, you ll help deliver top-class support to our customers. You ll respond to enquiries, process returns, and assist with personalised orders.

As our Customer Service Advisor, the Key responsibilities are:

Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media. Support wholesale, retail, and international customers. Handle complaints and customer reviews professionally. Assist with returns, order processing, and personalised orders. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless serviceWhat we are looking for in our Customer Service Advisor:
